Somewhere lodged between memories of what was in the past and yearnings for what will be in the future lies ecstasy. It is also known as NOW. Right here. Right NOW.
Perhaps you have heard that NOW is a gift and that is why we call it the Present. You may reflect on the past with regrets or fondness, as you may anticipate the future with anxiety or delight. Looking back or forward positively or negatively, equally denies you the greatest gift of being fully present in the NOW. Happiness is NOW.
Each moment is loaded with magic when we learn to tap in and appreciate that it is designed exactly as it should be. Now is always perfect. Look only to today to see that the Bright Light is in the now. In terms of the sun, yesterday and tomorrow are as infinitely dark as it gets. There is nothing we can do to bring back what the sunset has cast a shadow upon and there is nothing we do to rush the sunrising on tomorrow.
Now, the teachings of yoga. This is the first of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, considered to be the complete manual for the study and practice Yoga. Knowing that the word yoga translates to mean Yoking as in mind and body, it is totally appropriate to recognize that the only way to be in the NOW is to have mind and body in health, peace and alignment.
Philosophy alone does not hold any power until it becomes practical through practice. Words alone will never produce substantial results. Measurable results require action. Learning to be in the Now is a discipline achieved only when you are no longer subject to the shifting of the mind and body.
Moving meditation practices are an amazing way to tap into the Now. Learning something new that requires the mindful combination of prana (breath) and movement is the perfect way to stay present. Even when something seemingly challenging occurs, embrace this opportunity to test your philosophy. The anticipation of what is to 'possibly' (yet, may never) come and the looking back on the cause with blame, judgment and regret is quickest and surest way to be consumed. Why is this important? HAPPINESS is right here, right NOW.
If this makes sense intellectually, but you aren't experiences that amazing benefits of actualizing yet, perhaps consider investing in your soul. Experience a week of blissful transformation and retreat to Nicaragua for Yoga & Surf! Join Happy Healthy and Fit along with Gracious Living to design the rest of your life around the HAPPINESS that is right here, right Now!

Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it.
~William Arthur Ward
Last week I attended an evening event at the Microsoft store in Scottsdale. I can honestly say that it was the last thing I wanted to do. I was at the tail end of two weeks of extremely intense yoga teacher training, had just run a 1/2 marathon and was finalizing a business consulting project that had been weeks in the making.
However, a few days earlier my friend Stephanie invited me to join her in support of our mutual friend Jenn Kaye, the guest speaker at the Women in Business event. More precious than my time or my sleep is my 'word.' I said that I would be there and it took every ounce of me to make it.
When she realized that I made it, the look in her eyes was complete delight and gratitude. I could actually see her heart smiling and in turn so did mine. Coincidently, or not, the session was about expressing Gratitude. Jenn began with a great quote by Arthur William Ward, "Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it."
Although the session was primarily designed around teaching entrepreneurs to create short video segments expressing gratitude to clients, we enjoyed the experience by following the format and created impromptu expressions of gratitude and appreciation for one another.
I told Stephanie that I am grateful and appreciate her for being the kind of friend who expresses unconditional love, always has open arms and surprises me with lovely text or FaceBook messages when I need them most. She reminds me that we are all connected, my flaws are perfect and I make a difference in this world.
As we went back and forth, it was an emotional experience. You can't fake gratitude. It didn't matter that we began with a contrived outline. The more we participated, the more amazing it felt. Expressing gratitude is a learned art form. The more you practice, the better you get and the better you feel.
Daily acts of gratitude serve as fertilizer on your friendships, relationships, business and dreams. Learn not only to notice and appreciate the people and situations that are in your life, but to take a moment to express the magnitude of gratitude that you feel. Often, I like to thank people for being nice or simply sharing a smile. Start small, after all, we truly never do know how far a ripple of gratitude will travel.
If I haven't told you lately that I love and appreciate you ALL for making me a better writer, teacher and friend, please know that I do. Thank you for inspiring me.
Being Happy Healthy and Fit means Expressing Gratitude Generously to harvest, give and receive the Bountiful gifts!

Do you ever wake up with a genius idea? When I say wake up, this can happen in the middle of the day. You don't have to be sleeping in the lying down sense. Waking up occurs when you become fully conscious of a slight patter in your heart.
Perhaps, you see something and realize that it would be the perfect business opportunity for you. Maybe you see someone suffering and realize that with your connections and skills, you could start a non-profit and change the world. It could be a shared glance with a potential loving partner, a realization that it is time to leave your job, an ad for a workshop on self-publishing your book, a commercial to learn a new language, an invitation to a party or even a conversation around spending 7 nights in an incredible place resembling a slice of heaven on earth to do yoga overlooking the ocean and experience blissful transformation.
It doesn't matter what it is. The important thing is to notice when you get that slight ping that indicates, you are close to discovering your truth. Begin, simply by noticing what your heart is telling you. Maybe it is time to learn a new language or grant yourself that much needed get away.
Next comes the determination. That tiny little sparkle of light is extremely vulnerable. You can ignite it with love and trust, moving fearlessly in the direction of your desire, or squash it out. In an instant, you will have a dialogue with yourself and your fear that is guaranteed to unconsciously create thousands of reasons why it is not the right time to start a business, have or adopt a child, begin a relationship, move across or out of the country, learn a new language, climb a big mountain, become a certified yoga teacher, tell someone you love them, forgive those who have hurt you and the list goes on and on.
It is these flashes of inspiration that lead us toward a life of happiness, love and Freedom. The fear is sure to keep you stuck in your unfulfilled life situation. Learn to decide to move from inspiration. When you notice the light feeling in your heart, fuel and empower it with love. I guarantee your destiny will become all that your heart desires!
Being Happy Healthy and Fit means feeding positive Desire with trust and love until it becomes so powerful it swallows fear. All you know for sure is that life is short, so make it the best one you can. Your destiny is in your own heart and hands.

God is with those who persevere.
~Quran c.651 AD
Whether you believe in God or not is irrelevant. Feel free to substitute any word that resonates with you and allows you to remain open to the message of Truth.
When you are seeking any definition of success, it is not enough to 'get going' you must keep going.
Yesterday morning, as I was heading in the direction of my Certified Yoga Teach Training workshop for the 13th day in a row, I felt heavy with exhaustion. The days have been long and my physical body, emotional body, intellectual body and spiritual body have been strengthened and stretched to new dimensions. I was counting the hours down until completion. Then something magical happened.
As I pulled out of my neighborhood and was driving east, I noticed the sun appearing to rise up out of the mountains. Where there was darkness was now being infiltrated with Light. I have found my teacher: Mr. and Mrs. Sunshine.
Look no further than the sun to understand the true power that lies within you when you become tenacious like the sun. Without fail, the sun burns brightly. Through photosynthesis the sun gives life to the planet. The sun takes nothing personally. Clouds and storms one day, never stand in the way from the sun being the sun. The Sun brings color into the world. The sun provides hope. The sun keeps shining evenly whether it is received or not. The sun shines tenaciously expecting nothing in return
In the spirit of the last blog's 2 Simple Secrets to success: 1. Get Going and 2. Keep Going, you need only look to the sun to appreciate its power, wisdom and tenacity. As you know 80% of success is getting started, but it's the other 20% that produces results. Be like the sun, shine fearlessly and know persistence wears down resistance.
With truth in your heart, you can open it up and radiate everyday in every way. Bring light to the world by showing a glimmer of hope where someone else sees none. Sparkle and shine with love and Be the Miracle you wish to receive. See any obstacles or negativity only as passing clouds. Trust that inside you lies the power to change the world. This realization and shift in consciousness makes everyday an amazing and energized day. This morning, I invite you to join me in appreciating the sun as a magnificent teacher of the infinite possibilities. See your soul in the sun.
Being Happy Healthy and Fit means finding the strength and courage to be like the sun and move tenaciously in the direction of your dreams, while radiating hope to the whole world along the way. Trust that God, the Universe, a Higher Power always was and always will be with those who persevere. Keep on Keeping On.

Success means different things to different people. Your individual definition continues to change as you experience one level of success or another and then transform along your path.
As a small child, your first success may be learning to ride a bike, followed later by being popular and accepted to join the soccer team. Later it may have to do with graduating college, getting a great job, beginning a company, traveling the world, getting married, having children or buying a second home. The truth is that the manifestation of success has infinite faces and the path remains the same. Last week, I was gently reminded by my longtime yoga teacher that all success only requires two things.
To experience success in anything is a matter of 2 Simple Steps.
1. Get Going.
2. Keep Going
Take a moment to marinate on that. You have certainly heard the cliche that 80% of success is getting started. However, it's the other 20% that makes a difference. This timeless wisdom applies to turning all dreams into goals and then into actualization. Look only to Christopher Columbus, the man on the moon or Jesus himself. The differentiating factor between these people and others comes in step 2: Keep Going.
Keep Going fearlessly in the direction of your dreams. The Get Going can be as easy as having the thought. The Keep Going is where the elbow grease and patience come in. Faith requires a shovel. It is not enough to have a thought. You must keep believing that thought and take any kind of steps to get there, even baby steps.
Understand that many of those steps may be into mud puddles, black holes and the illusion of quicksand. The good news is that it is not real mud or quicksand, possibly just humiliation and frustration. The black holes? They aren't real either~ just doubt, insecurity and fear.
This week, I am proud to celebrate my success. After 9 years of getting started on the path to becoming a Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher, I finally made it. It was really only 2 simple steps. Of course, now that I know the simple secrets, I think I will Keep Going toward 500 so I can 'officially' teach others to teach.
Where you are today really has no bearing on where you would like to be in terms of success. Want to lose weight? Make more money? Have a loving relationship? Earn your college degree? Whatever it is, the path to success is True, Timeless and within Reach! All you have to do is Get Going and Keep Going!
Being Happy Healthy and Fit means having the Courage to Dream and then fearlessly moving in the direction of your dream. Like my favorite Chinese proverb says~ The best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago, but the second best time is now. Plant your trees!

Every morning as you shift from a state of sleep into one of awareness, there is a split second of consciousness that contains the power to predict your entire day. It is the moment that I smile from heart to lips and think, "It's a Great Day to be Randi!"
This has nothing to do with narcissism or ego and everything to do with the basic spiritual law that thoughts become things. That moment contain the seed of energy for the entire day. Practice this little exercise daily and I guarantee you will transform your entire life, removing any remnants of victim consciousness and elevating into one of self mastery: a true warrior.
Every day is a great day to be Randi. Insert your own name until to you believe it. I assure you that for me this 'great' is a result produced by exerting continuous effort over a long period of time, but we must start somewhere. That start is one of conscious awareness that you get to choose your attitude every day and in every way.
Yesterday was an extra great day for me. As for accomplishments, I successfully ran my first 1/2 marathon and officially completed my long sought after 200 hour yoga teacher training certification (lingering open since 2003.) However, the feeling of greatness went much deeper.
Stopping to visit some of my favorite girls at an expo for their non-profit Girls Rule Foundation, the photographer wanted to take my picture. He said that I was "radiating rainbows." Only then did I realize my ridiculous post-marathon outfit of colorful winter hat, turquoise scarf, jacket, cropped running pants and flip flops. He assured me that it had nothing to do with what I was wearing and I knew he was telling the Truth.
Every rainbow is a double rainbow. The second reflects the first. Rainbows are not selective, they are just rainbows.
I truly felt like a channel of reflective light spreading rainbows from dawn until dusk. The pot of gold is the priceless sensation that comes from connecting to others and being a glimmer of hope and light. Once you understand that nothing outside of you will create those feelings inside of, you can shrink your wardrobe and make even the most mundane clothing beam with brightness.
Transformation is a process and you are all works in progress. Stop looking outside yourself and begin looking inside yourself. Your consciousness attracts your blessings. Just before dawn decide it is a Great Day to be YOU and see just how colorful your life becomes!
Want to radiate rainbows every day? Explore your greatest potential and experience transformation. Retreat with Happy Healthy and Fit in Nicaragua April 15-22 for a week of Yoga, Bliss, Surf, Raw Food and Empowerment.
Being Happy Healthy and Fit means knowing true color radiates into the world through you and it really doesn't matter what you are wearing.

Yes! It's True, by its very nature Yoga has been leading to divorce for over 8000 years. Yoga separates Truth from lies.
The real divorce is your ego, false self or lower consciousness from your true, authentic self or higher consciousness. By definition, yoga is actually the union or yoking of you to your consciousness or true self. This occurs not by addition, but by subtraction. Subtraction of distractions.
In terms of a martial divorce, it is easy and common for the non-yogi partner to blame yoga for their divorce. I hear it all the time. She started yoga and quit wanting to go to work, or she ran off with her yoga teacher or he started having an affair with someone in class. Evidence would seem to indicate that these things do in fact appear to be true. However, the truth is really simpler and easier.
Looking at the first four of The Yoga-Sutra of Patajanali, as translated by Chip Hartranft reveals that yoga is simply Now. Now is the space between the memories of the past and the imaginings of the future. When you come to Now, you still the patterns of consciousness. The Truth is revealed. Pure awareness can abide in its very nature. Pure awareness is the elevation of consciousness. The movement toward happiness, joy, love and peace.
Without yoga, the mind stirs, fears exist and patterns weave into locking cords essentially keeping you chained or stuck in a reality that may not serve your highest and best truth: Freedom.
A true marriage or union can only exist when two people are first married or yoked to their true self. When one discovers the benefits of yoga and the other resists, it is not that the yogi has run off with anyone. Perhaps they have simply raised their consciousness and then been magnetically drawn to a community of likeminded people.
It is not a coincidence that yoga may lead to divorce. If the marriage was built on sand, ego, fear or hope for gain, it was built on lies. By nature, it could not sustain. Transformation is the process of elevating from slavery to Freedom. Freedom is the power of pure seeing. Truth is the path to Freedom and Freedom is the path to True Love.
Being Happy Healthy and Fit means having the courage to let your authentic self be revealed. Divorce your ego and release all doubts, fears, worry and judgments from the past. Have the courage to let your heart shine in the now. Practice yoga regularly and fearlessly from your heart and you will always be yoked to source.

What if everything going on outside of you is actually going on inside of you? You recognize what you know. Are you surrounded by peace, love and joy or conflict, anger, doubt and fear?
Although, I am a Sunday school drop out, I believe there are many stories that remain relevant today in the quest for Truth and Wisdom. Consider the decision Moses made to move toward the 'burning bush' where it is understood that he came to find Truth. It hit me this morning that in order for him to even notice a burning bush outside of himself, he must have had a burning bush deep inside of his soul.
I went on to ponder everything I have ever heard and read about the idea of reflection. Life is like a mirror reflecting and attracting everything it sees. The amazing thing about a mirror is that, although sometimes you would like them to, they don't lie. It is easy to pass blame, but notice for a moment, that when you find yourself surrounded by angry people, is it possible that you have some suppressed anger? When you experience conflict in your relationships, are you in a state of inner turmoil?
The Law of Affinity teaches that like attracts like. The secret to eternal bliss and happiness is within reach. In fact, it is already inside you, waiting to be revealed. Your heart desires to be light and free. Learn to love and accept yourself, ignite your spirit like Moses. Fire up your internal 'burning bush' and see what happens. Test the Truth.
Being Happy Healthy and Fit means Being that which you wish to attract and then naturally allowing that to radiate from you. Reflect your Truth. The best part about a mirror is the deeper you look, the more you see! Cheers to infinite love and wisdom! Don't waste another moment trying to fix the world. Fix yourself and the world is healed. I'd love to hear how you turned your own Light around.

After nearly 15 years of yoga practice, I continue to be fascinated by the depth and complexity of the simple and easy. The practice of yoga is designed to reveal the true essence of self, free of ego, doubt and uncertainty.
What has come to be revered as primarily a physical practice was designed thousands of years ago to elevate the consciousness of the planet by calming the mind, connecting you to your own heart and then connecting to others through your open and loving heart. The idea of pranayama lengthening the breath was to be able to chant longer sutras. The first 4 yoga sutras truly provide wisdom and guidance to peace, happiness and love.
What is amazing about spiritual truths is that they show up everywhere with a slightly different name. Whether you choose to read the Bible, the Torah or even the Koran, you will find the same truths worded slightly different.
Part of the commitment to an in depth Yoga Teach Training Program is learning to chant. Although very few yoga teachers actually do chant, the transformation process is fascinating. It takes courage to chant. This is an experience that can only be experienced by experiencing it. It is not until you sit down, look at Sanskrit, attempt to process it and then chant it do you realize how deeply suppressed your voice may be.
Finding your voice takes courage. It is with and through your voice that you have the ability to help yourself and others. Regardless of what comes out when you open your mouth today, trust that with consciousness and practice, you have a message to deliver. You are a teacher. When in doubt, look only to Moses. He is known to have had a lisp that filled him with uncertainty. This was designed with the full intention of teaching that even the one considered to be the greatest teacher and leader in the history of humanity is flawed and perfect at the same time. Know that even if your communication has been compromised, trust that you can open your heart, find your voice and let it sing. This is how you can be a great teacher!
Being Happy Healthy and Fit means having the courage to find your voice and then raising the volume and vibrations so you can be heard. When your heart sings, the world sings. It's time to Let your Inner teacher out!

There is beauty and peace in knowing that there has never ever once been a butterfly that wasn't first a caterpillar. The cliche that you must crawl before you walk is timeless truth.
Inside each one of you lies a beautiful light free butterfly; a being of realized potential. Transformation is a daily and lifelong process. First, recognize there is no shame in being a caterpillar, any past hurts or humiliations are a part of you. They are the very essence that will make for more beautiful light and connections to share and help others to heal.
Being asked to speak to aspiring yoga teachers on the subject of Freedom or Kaivalya has reminded me just how easy it is to appear liberated and free on the outside, while remaining tormented and twisted on the inside. Transformation is a process that requires courage and a decision. Just as Freedom is a state of mind, so is slavery, which I have renamed caterpillarism. A caterpillar is restricted by its limitations. In order to be free and ascend in consciousness, a caterpillar must be willing to grow and let go of everything it once knew to be 'self.'
A caterpillar must go through a complete transformation in order to be free. It must actually completely dissolve down into a form goo, before coming out the darkness of its cocoon and into the Light of fluttering Freedom. There is no other way. There is no fast track to freedom. Freedom requires total commitment to Transformation. Freedom is having nothing left to lose.
Ready to experience turn to goo and experience Transformation? Leave behind your daily distractions for a week and come experience heaven on earth. Although it is not necessary to escape your life situation, clarity and enlightenment come more easily with less distractions. I invite you to enjoy a beautiful cocoon~ a totally uninhibited week in Nicaraguan Paradise at an Eco-Fab-Luxe wellness center to do Yoga looking at the ocean and enjoy 3 meals a day while connecting to your soul and remembering your divine purpose.
Being Happy Healthy and Fit means letting go of your inner caterpillar and expanding your butterfly wings! It's Time to Fly baby! Be FREE!

There are no extra pieces in the universe. Everyone is here because he or she has a place to fill, and every piece must fit itself into the big jigsaw puzzle.
Yesterday, I went to visit my friend Cammy. Allow that word 'visit' to resonate for a moment. The entire intention of my visit was to visit. I wasn't coming to pick up or drop off anything, we weren't going to lunch or dinner and we weren't there to discuss or solve any illusions of drama, boy problems, work problems or in fact any problems. The truth is, there aren't any problems. Life is like a perfect puzzle.
On her dining room table lay the pieces of a half-finshed jigsaw puzzle. I was immediately drawn in to the colorful pieces. It was like a return to heaven. I sat down and was carried back to my childhood, a time filled with puzzles done with grandparents and godparents. I love puzzles. As we sipped chai tea from her deceased grandmother's fine china tea cups, I was at peace with every piece. For life is a perfect puzzle.
I apologized for jumping and taking over the puzzle with such enthusiasm and she let me know that it was perfect and she was stuck anyway. This morning when I received the picture of the completed puzzle, it was a great reminder that all the pieces of your life fit together perfectly even when it seems like things are daunting or you are stuck.
A puzzle will teach you:
- You cannot rush a puzzle. Do not rush your life.
- Often times many pieces look like they will fit, you must try them to find out.
- The difference between the right piece and the wrong piece is often microscopic.
- Puzzles may be challenging, but they never lie.
- Puzzles require a combination of patience and effort, as do all results.
- Remember to always keep the Big Picture in mind and don't get mired in the details.
- Don't waste time on doubt. Have certainty that it will come together perfectly.
- Why get frustrated? Everything is in Perfect order.
- Enjoy the process. The result will be rewarding.
Sometimes you are the friend that is stuck and sometimes, you are doing the unsticking. Ironically, just a year earlier, we sat at that same table with a different puzzle. Last year's puzzle was getting to the top of Mt. Kilimanjaro together. In a way, it was no more or less challenging than this jigsaw puzzle.
Perhaps you will see each piece as a breath or each piece as a person. Either way, trust that everything comes together in divine order when you have the right level of consciousness.
Being Happy Healthy and Fit means seeing the Big Picture of Life as a Perfect Puzzle.

“One is wise to cultivate the tree that bears fruit in our soul”
~Henry David Thoreau
Growth is painful, but stagnation leads to suffocation. Love expands. Fear Contracts.
For several months, I have been watching my favorite house plant struggle. Communicating in every way that it could, I knew that it wasn't happy. Palm fronds were getting spotted and turning yellow, others were simply sagging. Each watering resulted in a puddle on the floor. Helplessly, I would throw down a large rag and continue to ignore that there might be a bigger problem. One time, I even asked a landscaper if he knew anything about indoor plants and explained that I had one that was not doing well.
The truth is my plant was suffocating and I was ignoring it. It was desperately trying to grow and was restricted by the limitations that I put on it by keeping it in the same pot. Much like we ignore our suffering souls as they cry out to expand into a life of passion and purpose and we stuff them into life of fear and the illusion of security. I recently thought how terrible I would feel if my plant dies and I chose to do nothing about it.
Having spent the past 12 months working in an office, I was set free yesterday. One may say that I was fired, but the truth is I was set Free. I was given an amazing opportunity to strengthen my roots in a safe, nurturing environment and now I have been given the opportunity to flourish into my greatest potential. The sky is the limit.
Although the news was initially shocking, for some reason I was drawn home immediately and inspired to repot my 12-foot palm tree. I saw myself in that tree. The pot was cracked and the roots were so thick and twisted that every attempt it made to grow in that environment was actually detrimental. The more it tried to grow, the more it began to die. It was just a matter of time. Had I not set the roots free, I would have contributed to its death.
Amazingly, in less than 48 hours, the palm tree is standing tall and radiating love and light. It serves as a great reminder that in the split second when you chose not to move into fear and fight for the job that is suffocating your soul, you may have opened up the space necessary to flourish and grow in the direction of your divine purpose and long-term fulfillment. Fear keeps you stuck in a pot too small for your soul.
Most people tend to choose the path of least resistance in life. They look for the easy, comfortable situations. Staying comfortable doesn't facilitate growth and generate lasting light. Learn to flee your comfort zone and dive headfirst into uncomfortable situations.
The path of most resistance causes some pain and discomfort for a moment, but it is better than the alternative life of eternal suffering. Elevate your consciousness and embrace problems and obstacles. Avoiding them keeps you stuck and the truth is they are opportunities and the quickest path to transformation, growth and ultimate in happiness.
Being Happy Healthy and Fit means approaching all forms of loss with a sense of gratitude and appreciation, for your path has just been cleared and the freedom to grow has been granted. Perhaps today is the day you decide to repot your own soul into an environment of love with room for growth and expansion. If it works for a tree, it works for me!

January is a time of infinite possibilities and new beginnings. It is that time of year you have been trained to recognize as an automatic and free reset button. It is a time to reflect on the past and embrace hope for the future.
Common resolutions include stating things like, this is the year to: quit smoking, quit chewing tobacco, quit drinking so much, eat better, join the gym, get in shape, write a book, volunteer, start a business, save money, pay off debt, take a vacation or enroll in an art class.
These are all detailed manifestations of possible paths often associated with being Happy Healthy and Fit. Since when do the details matter? Unless you can say that every day of the past year was the greatest day of your life, why would you want a repeat performance?
It doesn't matter what you are doing, as long as you are smiling on the inside. Happiness matters. Instead of setting resolutions for the sake of setting them, perhaps consider setting an intention, stay clear and be open to the possibilities. Make it your intention to choose life, to really taste the magnificence and feed your soul. When the smile on the inside matches the smile on the outside, you will know you are experiencing success.
Instead of quitting anything or associating guilt with something else, simply be intentional in your Happiness. Listen to your heart. Perhaps the smoking or overeating is a result or effect of a deeper-rooted unhappiness. It is not necessary to go back and identify these roots, it is only suggested that you choose happy thoughts and make decisions based on love instead of fear.
I Invite you to share in the mantra~ I am Happy Healthy and Fit. Happy New Year!
